For more than a decade the 3 Harbours Arts Festival has provided an arts, music & cultural programme across the communities of Port Seton, Cockenzie and Prestonpans within East Lothian.
The 2019 Festival will run from Saturday 29 June to Sunday 7 July and has a packed programme of Artists, Musicians, Workshops and Performances.
